This Agreement, along with any dispute or claim arising from it, shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Kenya. You agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kenya shall have exclusive personal jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any rights to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials in connection with disputes arising from these terms.
